Since our Letter Boards are custom made to the letters we order, we suggest purchasing extra letters from us to ensure fit. You may have luck with other brands (sometimes we get lucky and do a happy dance!), but we do not guarantee our boards to be universal.

Knot Knot Outfitters accepts payment from PayPal or Etsy's direct checkout.
Shipping from United States
Everything is shipped via USPS, typically on the next business day once payment is received, but always within 1-3 U.S. business days. Please let us know if you would like a shipping upgrade and we will create a custom order.
For international orders the customs fees/duty taxes/VAT (Value Added Tax) are the buyer's responsibility.
International orders usually take two weeks, but can take up to six weeks to ship.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
